Technical support for mySedgwick is available from the Technical Support link on the bottom of every page. If you are locked out of mySedgwick after three unsuccessful log-in attempts, or if your account has expired, please select this link to contact Sedgwick's technical support group. You will be notified as soon as the issue has been resolved.
Note: For help with or questions about a claim, please use the Communication Center section of your My claims page after logging in.

Live Chat
The Live Chat button starts a chat with a support representative.
This button is only displayed during normal business hours when a representative is available to assist. For assistance out side of normal business hours, please contact us by phone.
