History

The History page displays up to 25 of your most recently viewed claims, providing a convenient way to access those claims again or view other claims for a specific employee.

Note: This feature is only available to those with the ability to view the claims of others.

History Page Features

Claims are displayed in order of Date Viewed, with the most recently viewed claims listed first.

The top three claims listed on the History page are available from the History icon at the top of any page in mySedgwick.

The following features are available from the History page:

History

Feature	Description
Claim	Claim type (e.g. Continuous Leave, Workers’ Compensation) and claim number. Click a claim number to open the Claim page for more information about the claim.
Name	Employee‘s name. Click the link to open the Employee’s Claims page.
Date Viewed	Date the claim was last viewed.
