Watch list

Your watch list provides quick access to claims you’ve selected. You can add or remove claims from this list throughout mySedgwick.

Note: This feature is only available to those with the ability to view the claims of others.

Up to 25 claims can be available from your watch list. You cannot add your own claims to your watch list.

Accessing Your Watch List

There are two ways to access your watch list; each with a slightly different experience as described:

• mySedgwick Header: At the top of any page, click Watch List . A dropdown menu displays the top three claims from your Watch list page, sorted by the option selected on that page. To see the full list of claims, click View All.
• Navigation Menu: From the left menu, click Watch list. The Watch list page opens, displaying up to 25 of your selected claims.

From either method, click a claim number to open the Claim page.

Adding and Removing Claims

Adding a Claim to Your Watch List

From any page, click Add to watch list beside the claim you wish to add. The icon becomes filled to indicate it is now on your watch list.

The icon is also available from the Summary tab on the Claim page, allowing you to add the claim you are currently viewing to your watch list.

Removing a Claim From Your Watch List

From any page listing claim numbers, click Remove from watch list beside the claim you wish to remove. The icon becomes empty to indicate it is no longer on your watch list.

The icon is also available from the Summary tab on the Claim page, allowing you to remove the claim you are currently viewing from your watch list.

You can also remove claims from the Watch list page by selecting the box beside each claim and clicking Remove.

Watch List Features

By default, claims are displayed in order of Date Added, with the most recently added claims listed first. Sort the claims another way by clicking the Date Added option above a list and selecting the appropriate column. The arrow indicates the direction in which rows are sorted (ascending or descending); select the column again to change the orientation.

The top three claims listed on the Watch list page are available from the Watch List icon at the top of any page in mySedgwick.

The following features are available from the Watch list page:

Watch list

Feature	Description
Check box	To remove one or more claims from your watch list, click this check box beside a claim to select it, then click Remove.
Claim	Claim type (e.g. Continuous Leave, Workers’ Compensation) and claim number. Click a claim number to open the Claim page for more information about the claim.
Name	Employee‘s name. Click the link to open the Employee’s Claims page.
Date Added	Date the claim was added to your watch list.
Remove	Click to remove selected claims from your watch list.
