Logging In to mySedgwick
To log in from the mySedgwick welcome screen:
- Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD in the fields provided.
- Click Login.
- The Verification Required page may open, requiring you to enter a six-digit code you will receive at an email address or text-capable phone number on record. See the related help topic for more information about this process.
If you log in successfully, your dashboard displays.
If you are inactive (i.e., you do not click a link, perform a search or enter a note) for 20 minutes or more, you will be logged out automatically.
Note: Some employers allow you to access mySedgwick from your company website, without a separate user ID and password. If your employer has this feature, this screen and its features are not displayed.
New User?
If you have never logged in to mySedgwick before, click New User to create a new user account.
Note: You do not need to do this if your user name and password has already been provided to you by your employer, or you access mySedgwick from a link on your employer's company website without a separate login and password.
Forgot Your User ID or Password?
If you cannot remember your user name or password, click the Forgot Username or Password link to recover your user name by email or reset your password.
End User License Agreements (EULAs)
All mySedgwick users (except internal auditors) are prompted to review and accept an End User License Agreement (EULA) page the first time they log in to mySedgwick and any time the agreement is updated. An additional EULA specific to the employer or entity for which you are a claimant may also be provided.
You must accept each agreement before gaining access to the dashboard and subsequent pages. To accept the terms of an agreement, scroll to the bottom of the page and click I Agree.
