Claim Search Page Features

The Claim search page consists of two main sections: a set of search fields, and a list of matching employees.

Search Fields

The top of the page provides a number of fields by which you can search for specific employees or claims. You can enter or select as many options as desired; the more criteria you enter, the more specific your search. Click Search to view the results in the bottom portion of the page.

Tip: Search criteria you enter will remain when you visit another page and return to this one. Your criteria is cleared if you click Clear, refresh the page via your browser, or end your session.

Search Results

The total number of results matching your criteria is shown above the list. If there are multiple claims, click Filter to access a search field to locate a claim by any displayed criteria.

Note: Search results are limited to a maximum of 200. If more exist, a message informs you to modify your search criteria for better results.

Sort what’s displayed by clicking the Sort by option above a list and selecting the appropriate column. The arrow indicates the direction in which rows are sorted (ascending or descending); select the column again to change the orientation.

Click ExportExport icon to download a .xls file containing the list of claims.
