Employees off work

This page displays the employees currently off work. It does not include employees on intermittent leave.

Accessing the Page

To access this page, click View Details from the Employees off work section of the Summary view page.

Employee off work Page Features

Up to 200 claims are displayed. If more exist, click Additional parameters to filter the list further.

If you have multiple claims, click Filter to access a search field to locate a claim by any displayed criteria.

Click Export to download a .xls file containing the list of employees off work matching your search criteria, if applicable.

Sort what’s displayed by clicking the Sort by option above the list and selecting the appropriate column. The arrow indicates the direction in which rows are sorted (ascending or descending); select the column again to change the orientation.

Employee off work

Feature	Description
Claim	Category of claim (e.g., Short Term Disability, Workers’ Compensation) and the claim number. Click a claim number to open the Claim page for more information about the claim. Click beside a claim number to add that claim to your Watch List, or click to remove it.
Name	Employee‘s name. Click the link to open the Employee’s Claims page (if the employee has claims).
From	Employee’s first date off work.
To	Employee’s first date off work, if known.
Actions	Click the Action icon to access various actions for the claim. The list below includes possible actions; click an option’s name to view that feature’s help topic or additional details. Report return to work View restrictions: Available for workers’ compensation claims only, this option displays a window listing any work restrictions on record at the time the Off Work record was created. The window displays the length of each restriction, recommended length, type of restriction and restricted activity. Any updates to restrictions after the Off Work record was created are not displayed here; to view updated restrictions, visit the Restrictions tab on the Claim page.

Additional parameters

To locate claims for a specific employee, click Additional parameters. The following search fields display:

• Claim Number
• First Name
• Last Name
• Employee ID

Enter your criteria and click Search; the list of claims is updated to match. Click Clear to reset all search fields and displayed claims.

Tip: Search criteria you enter will remain when you visit another page and return to this one. Your criteria is cleared if you click Clear, refresh the page via your browser, or end your session.
