Summary view
The Summary view page displays separate sections summarizing information about all employees and their claims. Each section provides specific information, and clicking each opens a related page or feature.
- You cannot view your own claims from the Summary view page.
- You cannot view others’ claims while you are on a leave of absence. You will not have access to this page during the leave period.
The following sections are available from this page:
New claims
This section displays the number of new disability, leave, and workers’ compensation claims Today, within the Last 7 Days, and within the Last 30 Days.
Click anywhere in this section to open the New claims page and view all new claims in the past 30 days.
Returning to work
This section displays a graph representing the total number of active disability, leave, and workers’ compensation claims for which the employee’s actual return to work date is known. The graph is color-coded to show the percentage of claimants returning to work a full day versus those returning to a reduced schedule or restricted duty. A legend below the graph shows the color corresponding to each return-to-work group and the number of employees in each.
Click anywhere in this section to open the Returning to work page and view a list of claims with employees returning to work.
Intermittent absences are not included in the graph.
Employees off work
This section displays the total number of employees currently off work, excluding employees on intermittent leave.
Click anywhere in this section to open the Employees off work page and view a list of employees off work.
Report a claim
Click anywhere in this section to report a claim for another. A confirmation message informs you that you are about to open a new tab or window; click Continue to begin the claim reporting process.
This section is only available if you can report claims for others.
Search claims
This section is displayed if you cannot report claims for others. Click anywhere in this section to open the Search page to look up an employee and view their claims.
Communication center
The Communication center section lets you communicate directly with the examiner assigned to each employees’ open claims.
Click Visit to open the Communication center page.
Open claims
This section displays a graph representing the number of open disability, leave, and workers’ compensation claims. The graph is color-coded to show the percentage of open claims by category (e.g., disability, leave, or workers’ compensation). A legend below the graph shows the color corresponding to each group and the number of claims in each.
Click anywhere in this section to open the Open claims page and view all open claims.
