Helpful resources
The Helpful Resources page provides information about the claims process, as well as links to helpful information and videos.
Accessing Helpful Resources
You can get to the Helpful Resources page many different ways:
- From the left-hand Navigation menu: Click Helpful Resources. The Learning Center tab is available at the top of the page.
- From the My claims, Manager view, or Summary view pages: Click any of the View buttons from the Helpful resources section.
- From the Claim page: Click the Visit learning center from the Actions section or click any of the View buttons from the Helpful resources section.
Helpful Resources Tabs
The following tabs are available from this page. Tabs may not be displayed if no relevant information is available.
Learning Center
The Learning Center is a library offering information to assist and educate you throughout the claims process. It can include:
- a description of the claim type, such as what it is and how it works
- additional details about that type of claim
- an overview of what may come next in the life of the claim
- links to helpful options such as submitting necessary documentation about a claim or contacting the examiner
Tip: To navigate between topics in the Learning Center, click an available topic from the right side of the page.
Helpful Links
The Helpful Links tab contains links that may pertain to a claim’s type, your role and employer, or the claim’s state of jurisdiction. Links open in a separate browser tab or window.
Helpful Videos
The Helpful Videos tab lets you learn more about claims by watching short, informative videos. Information provided here may pertain specifically to your employer.
Helpful Documents
The Helpful Documents tab includes documents related to your claim or employer.
